How a call goes

One call, four steps

You talk to the same shop whichever crew you need.

  • You call or text

Say what's wrong. A photo helps, and you can text it to the same number.

  • One dispatcher sorts it

The dispatcher picks the crew, books the visit and gives you a window.

  • The tech texts before arriving

Name, photo and the time they'll be there. Shoe covers go on at the door.

  • One estimate, one invoice

A written price before any work starts. If a job needs a second crew, the dispatcher lines it up.

One plan, three crews

One yearly plan for the whole house

A check from each crew, once a year, booked together and billed once.

  • Threefold Home Plan

    All three crews

A yearly visit from each crew, scheduled together. It is a maintenance plan, not insurance.

    • Plumbing check: shutoffs, supply lines, the water heater and every visible drain
    • Heating and air tune-up: one visit for the furnace or heat pump, one for the air conditioner
    • Electrical safety check: the panel, outlets, GFCIs and smoke alarms
    • All three visits booked together, on one bill
    • Repair calls booked ahead of non-members
    • A text before each season's visit is due
    • Repairs, parts and replacement equipment
    • Weekend and evening visits
    Term:
Billed once a year; renews each year.

Not insurance, and it doesn't cover repairs. Anything a check turns up is quoted in writing before work starts. The plan renews each year: cancel any time by phone, text or email before the renewal date and you aren't charged again.

Who answers

The people behind the number

After the visit

What customers texted back

“The plumber found the leak under the sink. When the outlet beside it kept tripping, the electrician came the next morning. One phone call covered both.”

Colette V.Plumbing and electrical

“Our heat pump stopped in January. The text came with the tech's name and a window, and he explained the estimate before he touched anything.”

Dinesh R.Heating and air

“I got a written estimate for the panel and a plan for what would be off, and when. The invoice matched it.”

Quick answers

Before you call

Who picks up the phone?

A dispatcher at our Southland Drive shop. They book the visit for the right crew and text you the window.

Do I need a different company for each trade?

No. Plumbing, heating and air, and electrical are three crews in one company, each working under the state license for its trade. The licenses are listed in the footer.

Will I get a price before work starts?

Yes. You get a written estimate before any work begins, and a change to it is agreed with you first.

What does the yearly plan cover?

One visit from each crew, booked together. It is a maintenance plan, not insurance, and repairs are quoted separately. The plan page has the details.

What about nights and weekends?

We book visits during dispatch hours. Weekend and evening visits are by appointment and may cost more; the dispatcher tells you before you book.

Send it to the right crew

Tell us what's going on

A dispatcher reads every request during office hours and texts or calls to set a window.
