Step 1: Bid
Send plans or a scope. We reply in writing, one line per trade.

Step 2: Rough-in
The three crews are scheduled around framing, so nobody works over anybody.

Step 3: Inspection
We meet the inspector's list and book the re-visit if one is needed.

Step 4: Trim and start-up
Fixtures, devices and equipment set and tested before handover.
