Do this first
While you wait for a visit
Three things that can't wait for the van.
A gas smell
Leave the house, then call your gas utility from outside. Don't flip switches or use a phone inside. Call us once you're clear.
Water where it shouldn't be
Shut off the main water valve, and the water heater's power if it's electric. Then call us.
Burning smell or sparks
Switch off the breaker if you can reach it dry and safely. If you see smoke or fire, leave and call 911.
Services
Which crew do I call?
A room is warm and the breaker keeps tripping. Who comes?
Call anyway. The dispatcher decides whether it is the electrical or the heating and air crew, and sends a second one if the first finds the cause is elsewhere.
Do you replace water heaters?
Yes, tank and tankless. The plumbing crew gives you a written estimate for repair and for replacement so you can compare.
Do you pull permits?
When the work needs one, we handle the permit. The estimate says whether it applies to your job.
Do you work on new construction?
Yes. The builders page explains how rough-in and trim are scheduled.
Not sure which crew?
Say what's happening and the dispatcher will sort it.
